In the beginning there was only passion of two high school friends and their will to accomplish something. During their college years, both of them were highly engaged in sports, particularly volleyball. Even nowadays together with their families they are still very close to the sport in the roles of youth volleyball coaches. During their training a need for more intensive training methods emerged – a need for a volleyball launcher. In a short period of time a Czech made volleyball machine for youth training was developed.

Nowadays an evolved version of this machine – Freddie, has become an essential training aid for professional volleyball players all around the world.

In 2018 the scope of the JOFOsport brand has expanded into another sport – basketball. In this year a brand new computer controlled basketball machine – Charlie – was developed after more than two and a half years of hard work.
